They just started calling here. They had a business name that made no sense to me. Told the man they must have a mix up in their database. Then I started a few searches using the caller id info that popped up
They keep calling asking for the business address. Yesterday he said they were updating GPS. Today he didn't say that but still wanted to know what the address was. I explained it was on the website, just like the phone number. So, he actually had the address just wanted my voice confirming it, which I didn't.
I appreciate the idea of NAVTEQ of verifying the address and the business details before updating it on GPS maps. It helps the people to find their way to my Restaurant easily.
Had a call earlier today, I wasn't home and they did not leave a message either.
