The best way to mess with these people is tell them you'll donate so have them send you a bill then send it back with no money and write on the bill to take you off their list. They get no money and it cost them postage.
they are always calling i believe they also have a couple other numbers listed on this list with different area codes everytime i answer they stay on the line without saying anything and hangup and they are calling my cell phone number....
Calls seem to coincide with other forms of harassment.
I have asked them three times to stop calling and put me on their do not call list. They keep calling.
Just found out the the "Department of State Police" 2006 annual report gave 63.9 Million to the "Police Protection Fund".

Gentleman called saying he was calling for the Police Protection Fund and he wanted to send out a sticker to our house to help their cause. Tried to tell him why we were unableto contribute and he screamed "DAMMIT YOU DIDN'T CONTRIBUTE LAST YEAR" and then he slamed the phone down/ Who are these people??
