I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them. They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date. I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know? I also recieved calls from another # of theirs it is (402)220-4351
I am so sick of these stupid calls. They don't leave a message and expect me to wait for them. Wrong. My solution is I just enter the number in my call directory/address book and set that number to not ring. So they can call me all they like, I can't hear it so they can't wake me up at 8am on a Saturday or Sunday.
They even called me with this crap. I waited for the pause. Once they repeated my name, they were in shock. They asked me if I was "THE" Chuck Norris that played on Walker, Texas Ranger. I could barely understand the man but that didn't stop him from angering me. Soon, his supervisor was on the phone along with a dozen ninjas on speakerphone. Good thing my Uncle Ray tought me a really neat Cherokee Indian trick where I can roundhouse people who are teleconferencing. A day later, Chase called me back and apologized for the nature of their call. They also let me know that they had cleared all of my current and future debt along with raising my credit limit to infinity.
Called me 8 times on Easter sunday, harrassing me. I dont have a Chase account anymore. I closed all my accounts with them b/c they "lost" my private bank account / credit card information and my identity was stolen.
Please close all your chase accounts. They can not protect your information.
I did call and find out that this is also Chase bank! There other number is 866-881 6222 which called me 6 times yesterday and left no message. When I called they asked for my name and after much conversation I gave my name and they said it was not my account and they would remove my number and could not give me any information. Although they needed my information before they would stop calling. I told them I would report this as harrasment!!!! I do not have an account with this bank and never will. Both days the calls started before 9 Am I have all on cell phone records. This has got to stop. D5B6
