I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them. They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date. I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know? I also recieved calls from another # of theirs it is (402)220-4351
I did call and find out that this is also Chase bank! There other number is 866-881 6222 which called me 6 times yesterday and left no message. When I called they asked for my name and after much conversation I gave my name and they said it was not my account and they would remove my number and could not give me any information. Although they needed my information before they would stop calling. I told them I would report this as harrasment!!!! I do not have an account with this bank and never will. Both days the calls started before 9 Am I have all on cell phone records. This has got to stop. D5B6
It's Chase, but they call at least 10 times a day from three or four different numbers. I've made arrangements with them, but it's not going fast enough for them. I don't answer the phone because this is harassment, pure and simple. Not to mention the fact that I can barely understand anything they say. Not a one of them speaks decent English and they will never get you a supervisor or a number that will get you someone in the US.
Was not sure who it was, the lady ask for me by name and I said that I was not in . I confused her for a minute when I ask her which person she is looking for. I have other relatives with the same name. She did not know what other question to ask me. I ask if she wanted to leave a message, she said no, I'll call back. I decided to log in this number on the internet and this is where I am. Thanks to the other people who logged in about this number.
