I got two calls from this number in two days, and it's the same electronic voice mail left claiming the IRS is seeking to sue me. Bull-sh*t! I called back from another phone number as a private and played some really loud and annoying Native American music for the folks calling. It is funny how it sounds like there's a huge boiler room / Indian festival when you call! I encourage folks to call back and play your loudest most-annoying music on speaker phone for these folks, but make sure you put *67 before the number.
Got a call from this number threatening a lawsuit from the IRS. Heard a ton of back ground noise, spoke with an asian woman initially, with heavy accent. Could not understand. Was eventually transferred to a "senior" level agent, who was a heavy accented indian male. Requested someone else since I could not understand told me the noise was "none of my concern". He started laughing at me. I informed him i was recording the call and would report it and he immediately hung up.
They have been calling for a month. I don't answer because I don't know the number. Yesterday (6/1/16) they called 4x and each time I got a message that they were from the IRS and this was my final notice. They left a "case number" and a number to return their call. I have heard the IRS will not call you. I think it's a scam and I am not returning the call.
