Yep same thing, recorded message about is law suit against me. Called phone number back some guy, no english, trying to sound professional and with authority, and trying to scare me. Gave me my name, which was pronounced wrong, and gave me a dollar amount also. I laugh. Said summons was served on me, and I did not respind, they will be taking my house, car, bank account and Mt wages, and I will be locked up. I started laughing I could not stop, I ung up, now when I call back phone line just keeps ringing over.and over no answer. Oh yeah he did I'd himself as an officer of the irs. Wow funny n scary ....
Stated that the IRS has filed a suit against me and that I should call this number 240-204-9491. This is the second time I've received a call from these people. I didn't bother to call back this time.
