this company keeps calling me about someone who does not live with me. They are rude and have even called my inlaws and harasses them. I cant believe this is legal. Its a form of harassment. I wasnt home the last time they called. I m just waiting for them to call again today so i can give them a peice of my mind!!!
I just got a missed call from them and when I called them back they asked for my Capitol One account number (I don't have any capitol one accounts). They were looking for someone else and when I told them this was my new number they said they would take it off of their list. They were very polite and professional. The lady I spoke with did have an accent like someone else said, maybe Indonesian.
this number just called my office number.
the lady asked for a 'bruce goldman'. i said there is nobody here by that name. then she asked if she dialed 310.xxx.xxxx, which is correct. then asked if i have any friends or family by that name, and i said no. then she asked how long i have had this line as my phone number, i said that this is the number to an apartment building's office. then she said 'ok, sorry for the inconvenience'.
called me 3 times so far but never leave a message. this is my cellphone and i don't use minutes if i don't know the caller. if it is legit, why don't they leave a message or write snail mail if it's important. i've gone on the capital one site and logged on and there are no messages there either. i am not late on payments and make payments in excess of minimums. so i don't think this is a legitimate call.
They keep calling my 10-year-old son's phone number. I called them back and asked to be removed this morning, received another phone call this afternoon.
