this company keeps calling me about someone who does not live with me. They are rude and have even called my inlaws and harasses them. I cant believe this is legal. Its a form of harassment. I wasnt home the last time they called. I m just waiting for them to call again today so i can give them a peice of my mind!!!
I recieved a call from 240-210-7118 that also came up cellular call. When I called it back she said she was calling for my daughter. I told her she doesn't live here but I would giver her a message. She said it was a business call and she was with West Asset Management. I think it odd that a collection agency would call from a cell phone. She gave me a call back number of 888-662-7547. My daughter called that number and they answered as West Asset Management. She did not talk to them. She has no idea what it is about and isn't going to find out.
This is the second call from NCO. Had a recorded message from them yesterday saying they are debt. collectors. Today it was a person on the line asking for my daughter by her first name, saying he was a debt collector. My daughter lives in another state so my husband just told him she doesn't live here and hung up.
I am so sick of receiving calls from this # -- they can call up to 5 or 6 times a day -- they do not leave a message and if you do happen to answer you get a recording saying all their representatives are busy at this time. We do not owe Capitol One any $ - if this is them -- HOW DO YOU STOP THESE CALLS!
I have received several calls from this number and happened to look it up online.
I just answered them, they were very rude and wanted to got a hold of a relative.
I would like to know what they want; they hung up on me.
