We were expecting a fridge from GE to be delivered this week so with "GE Integ" on the caller ID I picked up.

They were "offering" a free security system for "a selected few in your zip code". Told him we were not interested and then hung up. The "free" system looks to be the one on that page linked above.....I'm pretty sure the "Free" is free until they hit you with the $20+ monthly charge and some sort of multiyear contract.
Just received a call from this number. Like another person posted, they were offering an alarm system "upgrade" only for those currently with home alarm systems. This made me suspicious...were they trying to see who has alarm systems? We have had a lot of break ins in our area and this call did not give me the warm fuzzies!
Company selling home security systems that you can directly from Safemart (online company) and install yourself. GE Integ was the security alarm system division of General Electric sold to United Technologies several years ago.
