Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize it. They left a voicemail that sounded like a kid playing with a phone or someone pocket dialing... just voices in the background that didn't really sound like a telemarketer boiler room.
The area code is the same as the one I have in my cell number. I looked it up on white pages to see if maybe I'd missed a call from someone I know back home, but white pages says this number is "associated with heavy spam activities".
Just received first call. Noone spoke when I said Hello - just silence. I didn't say Hello twice (saying Hello twice is generally what gets you switched from the computer dialer to the salesperson on the switchboard....)
