I use the Panasonic KX-TGA641 phone because it allows you to enter up to 20 numbers to block.
Since the scammers usually change numbers, you can go in, erase old blocked numbers no longer harassing you & add new ones.
These phones sell for around $20 on Ebay, amazon, etc. A GREAT value. No, I do not sell them!
Yep, it will block any number you want, AFTER you have been bothered by that number at least once. The card service scammers use all spoofed numbers, use them for only so long, and have the ability to, and do call from many hundreds of different numbers. I prefer the method I read about here of wasting their time where my number was removed from their calling list once and for all. It does take a few times of answering and playing games with them, but once they see you as an annoyance they won't call anymore.Each to their own,but the calls from these a holes don't come to our house anymore!
Card Member Services to lower your interest rates on any number of credit cards. They won't put you on a "Do Not Call List" and can be very rude to you if you ask. They hung up on me when I asked to be put on that list and said, "You asked all of those questions just to be put on the do not call list?" I was trying to get information about the company but all I could get was "Card Member Services". So frustrating!
