Received several calls and voicemails from this number and others over the last few days. All from "irs" but when I mentiongetting many calls they hang up.
Ditto. Someone named Ron Gabor (or something like that) called me from this number, claiming to be from a Legal department (couldn't catch the name of the organization). The message was not very clear but something about tax fraud and that I should call him back before I get arrested. I got several tax fraud calls before and filed a complaint. This seems to be another tax scam.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Recieved a call from 253-465-6014 supposedly the IRS said there was a legal petition filed against me and he needs me to call Ron Gabrel before they come and arrest me. This is the 3rd tax scam I've recieved from this guy. Would lime for him to stop it.
