I actually had the same problem, I was so out of it that I confirmed the zip code. I've cancelled my card, but I was hoping you could tell me how you dealt with the problem, since your post was made about a year ago I thought you might be able to help.
i have recieved 4 calls in 2 days from this number, when I call back it says "you have reached our order confirmation department" and your order will not be interrupted, have never spoken with a real person.
Hi,
Just received a call for this number to my cell today and when I called back - it was some 'order confirmation dept' with my order being shipped. So I googled it and saw all these responses, thank you for sharing - scary stuff!!! In fact I have number of odd callers on my phone today from States that I never call or have any business with.
Trying to sell Gasoline Rebates because I used one fo their approved credit cards. How do these [***] get my phone number let alone the last 4 digits of my credit card. This human scum has got to be stopped.
Thanks to these posts, I was ready when these people called. I have been receiving phone calls from this number for several weeks now, several times a day. I had not answered as I figured if it was someone I knew, they would leave a message (which this company never did). After reading the above posts, I was ready to handle these jerks. They called again (as expected) and this time, I answered. The guy identified himself as calling from "Vista Services" and mentioned the last 4 digits of my debit card. He then told me that I was a "preferred customer" and would be receiving $150 in gasoline vouchers in the mail within the next couple of weeks. At this point, I interrupted him and told him "do not send the vouches, I am not interested, please put me on your do-not-call list." The guy just kept on talking as if not even hearing me, and said, "well, we will be sending these vouchers ..." I interrupted him again and said, "EXCUSE ME! YOU ARE NOT LISTENING! I SAID, 'I AM NOT INTERESTED!' PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST!" and the jerk hung up on me. Thanks for the heads up everyone ... these scammers are persistent. Now that I know what card they have, I am calling my bank to have them cancel and reissue a new debit card.
