Received a call message from this number stating Its a notice from the IRS letting me know that a lawsuit is being filed by the IRS against me. To get more information to call the number 800 702 8593
I got the call in Arcadia CA today at 2:10PM. Just this morning a client advised he got a call, too. He said he also got the calls from 206-201-2362 and 312-785-5366. Time to call Ghost Busters, wouldn't you say? This is a funny diversion from my day job as a CPA. What a crock.
robotic voice/robo call saying the IRS has filed a law suit against me giving a case number. It was short, no names mentioned. From what I've heard or seen if real the IRS will send you plenty of letters first, regular, then certified.
