"IRS" have called twice this morning, same scam, claiming the IRS is filing a law suit against me. Callback number is same as caller ID, listed as "unavailable". HATE!
I received a call from this number 10 minutes ago saying the IRS was filing a huge lawsuit against me. Luckily I had a pen and paper and was able to jot down the number. TOTAL SCAM. Called the number back and the phone just kept ringing, never a answer. Don't fall for this or even worry about it.
