Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
This is a scam-was called by 281-786-4015 and tried to dial it back and its disconnected, i was approved for a GOLD payday loan that i never applied for.

I just received the same call. Someone by the name of Adam Cook came up on my phone. They left a message stating that I had been approved for a 1,000.00 loan. I didn't apply for a loan. When I called the number back, a message stated that this number had been temporarily disconnected.So be it,
Received a call from 281-786-4015. Caller id said something like WirePayDay (something like that). Like others on this page, it was a recording indicating that I've been approved for a payday loan and should go to www.billpayday.com to claim. I have never applied for a payday loan in my life. Like everyone else, I am so tired of these scammers.
I just got a call from this number and they left a message saying that I had recently applied for a payday loan and that I was approved. I haven't applied for any payday loan. Becareful.
