Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans. Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!

Received call from Anonymous but no one on the line. Suspect this is a scam and it seems I'm correct so I won't bother calling back and will see about blocking.
