Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
Robocall advising me that I had been approved for a loan I never requested. Instructed me to go to Qpayday.com. Coincidentally (or not), not 10 minutes earlier I had received a robo-call (440 682-4937) from a "First Financial" also advising me that I had been approved for a loan I never requested. Oddly (LMAO)... neither of these knew my name! I have classified these as prank calls... definitely not legit telemarketers... and since there is no unique classification for likely scammers in 800 notes.

A fast talking female recording stated I'd been approved for a $1000 loan.
One thing I've learned about these calls: These calls originate in India and use "Magic Jack" devices to get USA numbers. YMAX Communications, the owner of Magic Jack knows these devices are being used illegally, but will do NOTHING to stop it. If you're a product liability lawyer that wants to make billions of dollars, I would be willing to be the named plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against YMAX.
