received on 8/19/2011 at 13:44 EST. "Account Services" scam calling about lowering credit card interest rates. Went through two layers of representatives before they realized I was screwing with them. They hung up.

I've gotten a couple of calls from this number.  It's a recording and you can't call the number back because it's "out of service."  Really annoying.
