Who called from 2819822498

Called my cell # today, stating that they wanted to lower interest rates on my credit card but did not say what company they were with.
They said that there was no problem with my credit card but I should press 1 for more information so I just hung up.
I've got several calls lately like this. When I Google the # a lot of other people are getting the same calls.

How can we stop these calls?

Received a call on my cell - no voicemail was left.

They called me on thursday and didn't leave a message either...I'm also on the do not call list...I plan to report them as well...

automated message says to press 1 to lower credit card rates.  So I pressed 1 and said to remove me from their list - "click" - yep they hung up on me.

call came in from 281-982-2498 - but will not pick up when I call it - they automatically drop the call.
