got this call no message. don't know the number

This number called my cell. No message left. Unable to call that number back. Would like to know who the number belongs to.

They called me up and didn't leave no message. Theys a bunch a crooked freaks cause when you try to call back it's not in service.

I heard recorded message telling me to press 1 if I want my credit card APR lowered to 6%. It did not say the name of the bank. I hung up.

Received a call at dinner time stating that my credit card was still good (never said which one) and that I should press 1 to get a lower interest rate. I pressed 1 and was disconnected. Very annoying. Will also report as a complaint to the DNC site.
