Announces as "card services" regarding annual review of credit card; then "do you want to lower your rates on all your cards". I pressed "1" to speak to live person, asked her "WHO is this? What company?" and was disconnected.

This is "phone spam", made possible by computerized robo-dialing, and shows an invalid/ incorrect phone number for the originating phone number.
Rec'd call on cell phone. Did not answer as number not in my address book. Helpful to see that others are also getting calls, even tho it is a nuisance.
credit card scam. I am reporting to FCC since my cell is on do not call list. Got the same message previously from a different phone number out of Iowa. These are all credit card scams to get your personal information. I don't know why posters have to try to bring politics into it.
