Company said they were calling on behalf of Vista Holdings Group saying I was in violation of Section 3-10 Article 2 Paragraph B. Claimed that I took out a loan and were trying to retrieve the funds but my bank account was closed. Gave me a date and amount and asked if I could make any payment towards my debt to avoid legal action taken against me. Also offered to have me talk to an arbitrator regarding my claim but said it would cost $150.00. When I asked for details as far as who provided the loan they named several different loan companies and said that Vista Holdings was in charge of all of them. I told them that I was looking at my bank statements and none had a deposit for the alleged amount nor did a company by that name come up in my statements. They told me good luck fighting this claim against me.
Vista Holdings is often used as a phantom creditor that these debt scammers claim to work for.
Note that the LLC (Vista Holdings of Nevada) has been dissolved.

Same thing happened to me tonight. Msg on my answering machine that they have a compliant against me and that they would serve papers at my work or my residence. Idiots used my last name that I haven't had in 17 years. I am glad that I looked this number up instead of getting all stressed out and calling my lawyer.
