I don't care if you share the same razor and underwear in the morning. A "legit" debt collector would not be blabbing to you about your father's problems.
Called me saying I needed to make a payment because I had defaulted on a payday loan and it got turned over to them to collect a debt. First off I have never taken out a payday loan in my life second they were stupid enough to use my maiden name. And then after I kept asking questions put me on hold for a couple minutes then came back and said well mam I will have to wish you good luck and hung up. It is a total scam! Just more people trying to scam peoe out of their hard earned money.
They're messing with the wrong here!!!
Calls have been blocked and my complaint has been filed with the VA Attorney Generals office.
Tell your process server to go ahead abd deliver those papers in C/O

How do you have them blocked. I have them blocked on my phone but they manager to get through. They call me every day at 1:00 - 1:10. They leave a message but I just delete it and if I see them calling I answer it and then hang up.
