Got same call today saying I owed a payday loan. Told the man I never had a payday loan and he screamed I was a liar. I told him I was going to report call and number to FBI and he quickly hung up. SCAM!!!
They called my mothers house asking for me under my maiden name plus i haven't lived in that state for nine years. Plus het VID shows 888 724 5962.
I called the # back and some woman claims she is Myers & Associates. She asked if o had case# and i gave her what my mother gave mem she claims she has a summons for me. I saod what for and who are the clients. She stated she doesn't k now. I told her if cant provide any paperwork regarding anything don't call me or my mother again because this is scam and im reporting them to thee FTC.

First of all, no company calls and t ell you thry have a summons. You would get it the mail. If this was the case whete is the paper work in writing. Scam
I received a call yesterday asking for my son in law. Stating theirs a civil matter they're trying to resolve. One, this is not even his number. Two, if it was an actual civil lawsuit I'm sure he would receive a certified letter. Scam?
Just called and spoke to a woman with horrible English. Said it was called Bryar and associates, located in Florida, but wouldn't tell me where in FL. Said it was a legal office. I would be very careful when dealing with these people. They make a living out of scamming/scaring folks. Don't give them any information, if they really, truly want to get a hold of you, they will send you a certified letter.
Called saying they had people come to my house twice to give me a court summons and that I needed to contact these people blah blah blah. I never leave my home. There is always someone here. And I dont owe anyone anything.
