Got same call today saying I owed a payday loan. Told the man I never had a payday loan and he screamed I was a liar. I told him I was going to report call and number to FBI and he quickly hung up. SCAM!!!
Continued!^^ Also stated as well as other people that there was a court summons that I should have received and will be having another given to me. Cuss these people out and hang up!
This is such a scam . Call # back voice mail not set up but yet says it's full, se scumbags try to get money senior citizens call the police and get them shut down .
Kim calls saying she is from the office of civil authority, "call this number with this reference number". Its like a way of screening for suckers. If you bite, the fishing line will take you all the way to the fisherman, where he will promptly gut you and devour your bank accounts.
Same number called me today all cheerful when I answered then when I confirmed who I was her voice dropped and became real serious. Told me that she was calling from a summons company and that some company/law firm had a court summons for me. She gave me a number and a case file and said to call immediately and if call now I should be able to get through right away. Didn't give me any info as to why I'm calling them, from what date to anything other then I have a court order summons. I won't be calling.
