Message on answer said it was Ashlie calling from the underwriting department and I could get a lower interest rate by calling an number.

Just received the same call.  Did not answer but let it go to the answering machine.  The person said it from "credit card services" underwriting department and based on my recent payment activity I qualified for a lower rate and provided an 800 number to call back.

I got the same type of call. I've been getting them weekly. Is there a way to get off their rotation?  I keep telling them not to call me.

Too late now.  You answered and even talked to them.  Now you're on their list for them to persist in calling AND to sell your number.  Sorry.
