The firm that called me was Machol & Johannes, LLC. They said they were a law firm calling about collections. They did not ask for anyone who lives here by name, and upon researching them, none of the people listed on their website of www.mjfirm.com has a Bar number in Colorado where they are based. They "do business" in Colorado, Washington state, Oregon, New Mexico, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah and Oklahoma.
They keep changing the name of the business, so watch out very carefully for them. Names in the business are:
Gronowski, Arianne (Attorney) Johannes, Randall DKaplan, James A.Machol, Jacques A. IIIMachol, Jacques A. Jr.Spencer, Chad (Attorney). Look for any combination of these names on your caller ID.
Have left a million messages for the law firm already mentioned, when I finally returned the call, I was put on hold... Then when the guy answers me and I start squawking about the phone calls, and that there isnt anyone by the name they were asking for, he tells me he doesnt like my tone...
I really dont know where they get off first calling relentlessly, then putting us on hold, and are surprised by our response.
