Who called from 3043090913

"The FBI reports breakins... we will install a home security system for free if you allow us to put a sign on your lawn...".
I live in Canada, what's the FBI got to do with me?
Will report to CRTC http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/telemarketing.htm and AntiFraud Centre at email [email protected].
I didn't stay on long enough to find if it seemed fraudulent (I suspect a scam) or pure Telemarketing.

How do you "assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group."? I have call display on my cell phone, but the scammy/marketing type calls only show up as "unknown caller."

It's something about asking for your personal information and scamming you after that.
Callers like this on e want to test Canada's laws.

I'm with ya. Canadian here & that # called me! What's the deal I wonder.

Y would Homeland Security be phoning a Canadian #?
