I know someone who works at this company personally, and to say at the least they are the most helpful people it's the person on the other line that's (quote) scumbags (end quote). They are only abiding by the rules given to them. They cannot help if someone is repeatedly giving out your phone number as their own..it's a sad world we live in isn't it?
This number has called twice in 8 hours. I rarely answer calls, esp from unfamilliar numbers, and NEVER if it's unfamiliar and they don't leave a message. I have no outstanding debts, nothing that would be in collestions. From the sounds of it I won't be calling back to see what they want.
The recording left a message requesting I stay on the line then saying no one was available, they would call back. I decided I didn't want anymore annoying calls and messages. They answered right away. Turns out they had a wrong number and said it would be removed. Hope I don't get any more calls.
