I know someone who works at this company personally, and to say at the least they are the most helpful people it's the person on the other line that's (quote) scumbags (end quote). They are only abiding by the rules given to them. They cannot help if someone is repeatedly giving out your phone number as their own..it's a sad world we live in isn't it?
This number calls repeatedly and never leaves a message. They appear to be linked to Vanguard Financial Services. I don't know if it's debt collection or someone wanting to give out a loan/credit card.
However, with all the reports here, I will be recording the next phone conversation. They are based in WV and so am I, which means that I can engage in WV's third party recording laws/legislation. As long as I am a party to the conversation, I can record.
For those with Android phones: there is an app out there that will record up to 200 calls for free. It's called Call Recorder and the icon is a red circle.
