I know someone who works at this company personally, and to say at the least they are the most helpful people it's the person on the other line that's (quote) scumbags (end quote). They are only abiding by the rules given to them. They cannot help if someone is repeatedly giving out your phone number as their own..it's a sad world we live in isn't it?
i too have received numerous call from this number, and have also been put on hold ... the last call i made to them the phone was answered promptly by a very nice very polite lady who told me exactly who she was and what the call was for before i even asked, we quickly set up a payment plan paying only what i can afford per month.....which is better than some of places i have had to deal with lately... i think it all depends on the attitude of the call and the determination to become financialy stable after major financial setbacks....
I'm sick of it, they [***] harrass me and will NOT STOP. Every single day as many times as u could possibly imagine. LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE U WORTHLESS SCREWBALLS! It happens so much to the point where I'm just about to smash my damn phone... Ridiculous.
