It is the "Pay day Loan Scam" that has been around for several years. Just hang up, they can't do anything unless you give them information on the phone. Why bother and waste your time getting upset? I've been getting calls since last December, have told them I know they are a scam but they still keep calling me. I just delete the messages and never answer unknown calls. The calls stopped in May and then this week have started up again.
i got a call from this number and argued with an indian accented man, he wont give me any details about the so called unpaid cash advance i was suppose to hav made. but he insisted that i get an attorney and handle this immediately. he had all my information which really had me scared. its amazing how people take the time to figure out how to scam people. thanks to my mother who looked this number up on the internet.
You know it is bad when people are harrassing people about having 3 criminal charges against you. I actually called the company they said they are representing and they told me it was actually a scam and not to give them any information. I have talked to the authorities and filed a report. Someone needs to stop them soon!!!!! I am glad i write down all the information about their names and what days and times. You can't understand what they are saying because they are not from our country.
Wow - these guys are horrible! I got a call from Brian Williams (btw - if his name is Brian, you can call me the Virgin Mary). Anyway, they leave these threatening phone calls wanting my lawyers information. I call back, ask what company they represent - I never get the same answer twice - NEVER. I have been put through to a "supervisor" - and I'm prettu sure it's just the same guy that answered the phone - I asked him where they are located - I got hung up on. Sounds serious to me. I ignore these people. True debt collectors must present proof in writing, give you ample time to dispute or make reparations.
Ignore them - it's a bunch of crap - anyone that gives them money I just feel sorry for them.
