You're a f*&%ing liar and an uneducated individual. You need to quit where you are at and just hang yourself! You're a scammer and a loser. Rot in hell!
recevied a two phone calls on two different days, that I had 3 counts against me, from a quik pay day loan, if I paid off my debt that I will be in good standing otherwise I would be taken to court. Also either work with them or an attorney of your choice He arranged to have payment arrangement for me, and gave me an hour to fax my info. Could barely understand what they were asking. I may be a victim of identity theft.
If they call you again you tell them you want proof of the debt. By law they have to send you any documents that shows you owe the money. do not give them any information over the phone concerning your debit card or credit card. Call the place you had the loan and find out who is handling your account report the firm that is calling you to your district attorney and to www.ftc.gov
You didn't fax any information did you? you have to right to ask for proof of the debt owed and not do anything until they send you copies. Scam places will tell you all sorts of things. If you did fax your card number you need to call your bank and either cancel it or put a stop on payments to that place until you can make sure that they are a legal collector for the company you borrowed from. Call the place where you got the loan and find out who is in charge of your account
I keep getting calls from this number saying that I have 3 legal actions against me and that I should have my attorney of record contact them to clear this up or they will have the the police come and arrest me. Now I don't know about everyone else but I always thought that you have to commit a crime to be arrested. What I really like is when I start to ask a question of this ( he says his name is Mark Smith) he talks right over me. I try to ask him to send me some sort of proof of this legal action and he gets very insulting and hangs up then someone else from the same place (different phone number, but you can tell its the same person) calls me a few minutes later. What kind of scam is this anyway. What the heck do they want from me.
