yeah.. somebody will be at your work or your home.. upon suprise.. you will be taken to jail because of the scams you are committing on people.
I got several calls but they didn't leave a message. When I answered later that evening, the stated that I had committed a crime when I didn't pay back three online pay day loans. I was scared and told them that I have been paying back each month. I faxed my statements this morning but now I'm scared that they may have vital information from me. What should I do. I have called the number but it's busy. HELP...
Glad to say I am a retired detective that also received these calls. First any debt is a civil matter and you can not be arrested. They must serve you and be granted a judgement against you by a proper court having justidiction. Even if you have a real debt you upon receiving a judgement against you have the right to apeal the decision. This is a few people that are attempting to fraud peoople out of money, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Now to the good news, I met with the Agent in Charge of the FBI for my justidiction, they received the recording from me since I know run a high security company and all calls are recorded. They will be finding out who is paying for that phone line and taking very quick action. My thoughts are it's a relay number out of India, however the company or individual responsible for the line will be sought out. In a nut shell tel them, how do I say it professionally... Oh, TO GO F!@# THEMSELVES, and hang up! These calls and scams will be ending shortly, cant wait to look you in the face at your FEDERAL TRIAL scumbag. Report all calls to your local FBI field office and most importantly provide them the number you were called from.
