Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Phones, leaves threatening msg about being sued! Returned their calls several times. Said my # would be taken off, BUT they've said this before! Today I got yet another "threatening" call! Also I've had them "hangup" on me for questioning what is going on. This has been going on for approx a year!
same as all above told me i was being served for something i was being investigated for but didnt say for what. caller left no name or company name total bullcrap.
This number called and told me I would be served at my residence and at my place of employment. I called back because they never gave me a case number. The woman was extremely rude and said her name was Rebecca and she was looking for a frank then my last name. He is my husband. She then put me on hold and was nice to me, gave me a case number then hung up. I got ahold of my husband and he said they just called his friend looking for him. We do not know anyone from Wyoming.
Got a call last week saying I received a payday loan over the internet for 300.00, when I asked them when that was? (Aka I have never applied for a payday loan). They told me a date from 2 years ago. I told them I have never done that...they read out MY banking account number and ss# and asked me if that was me? I refused to answer and said I would call my bank. They said I never had a deposit on that day and that it was prob a scam. Now they are calling and saying they are taking me to court and serve me papers. I told them to go ahead! Ill see you in court and hung up. They haven't called back since! What a scam!
