Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
The caller says "this message is for:_______" with no name given. It's in regard to "several pending matters you are being investigated for" and it's "your responsibility to contact the plaintiff prior to being served" and to "consider this your official notification" - "failure to comply will forfeit your right to dispute and a complaint will be filed with your county" - "call 307-206-4539 and make reference to case # "
I got a call today wit a VM not asking for me by my name said the were investigating an order of my pending minors that thwy were calling my family and job also today that if they didn't hear back from me today that I would lose all rights to the minors. And left a case #
