Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
I guess too many people have complained about this number because they called me from 201-639-2294, and left a message for me to call 307-206-4539. This is after I blocked a call from 307-414-1550 because it was listed as spam. They started the message with "this is a message for ________(no name mentioned)". Then went into something about an investigation and something about being served but did not say why. I needed to call 307-206-4539.
Just got a call. Called the number provided and gave the case number and they transferred me to a "lead arbitrator" who stated it was a unpaid payday loan. Tried to get $590. I told him I was going to Police Department to report them and he told me to call back from there! Told him he was a scam and hung up. He called back and said problem won't go away by me hanging up. Don't fall for it. They are aggressive but totally shady.
Just heard from my family all over the u.s that they got the same call for me. That same call just called me this morning. I dealt with them last year cause they did the same thing with threats and its all a scam.
I found a message on my mothers machine from this number. I called it back and got an automated answer saying it was "Compliance Management Solutions"?? so I hung up and got on her computer to investigate the phone number. The message left was pretty nasty and it said that I was being investigated on several matters, that this was my official notification and failure to comply would result in my legal right to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed in my county. Then it gave me a case#. These bozos need to go to jail.
