Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Called stating I was being investigated. Wanted to verify my home address and employment. Also stated i had legal right to be contact the plaintiff prior to being served. Number called from was 276-262-1723 but wanted me to call back to 307-206-4539
The nuber they called me from was Delaware though my dad lives there and I have only visited once. But this is the message I recieved....This message is for. I received an order and my office today to complete the order process for several pending matters that you're currently being investigated for I will be verifying your current address and also your place of employment today. And that meantime, it is your responsibility and also your legal right to contact the plaintiff prior to being served their number is area code 307-206-4539 make reference to case number 115411 failure to comply will result in forfeiture out of your right to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed against you in your local County. Please you consider this your official notification.
VM caller gave this number to call to talk to the person supposedly suing (?) me. The VM was from "Damascus, MD, 240-308-8646." They included a "case number" and threatened loss of rights if not responded to "this official notification."
