Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Called from (240) 348-8646. Woman's voice left intimidating message (first part was cut off because the bot didn't listen for the "beep" before spewing its garbage) that she was calling in reference to "several matters for which I am being investigated" and that she would be validating my home and work address today and that it was my legal right and responsibility to contact the "plaintiff" at (307) 206-4539 with a provided case number prior to being served. These scum prey on people's fear to steal their personal information. Report them and never, ever, ever give them a call-back. It will only validate your phone number and increase your risk of Identity Theft. Your phone number and name are key pieces of data for these idiots.
Left voice mail threatening me with something, not sure what since the beginning was cut off. Gave me a case number. Called back the number they left and the number from the callerID, answered by voice mail that said it was Compliant Management Solutions and all their representatives were busy. Yea right!
A recording called me talking about I'm being sued and gave me a case number and this number to call. I have received two other calls just like this from different numbers, with the same recorded message. It has to be a scam because I don't do anything illegal and don't have any payday loans.
