Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
got basicall the same call only when they said this call is for... it was just silence and no name given. they did leave a case number but they never stated who they were or who they were with or company name. they have actually called here 2 times and the first time I actually picked up and tried to talk to them but it was a recording then today I just took down the information, didn't compare the case numbers
2 calls in minutes of each other, starts out with This call is for... long pause... and then they start in on it being sued. called number, guy said, ignore, hung up on me. I called back. He answered, knew it was me again, asked if I had a case number... I gave that it was 116737 - for another person.... asked for the last four didgits of my phone number,(Couldn't he see it since he knew it was me??) Told me it had been removed earlier today (so why do I have two messages on my phone?)told me it was for someone else, basically hung up again. Called number using my friends phone They said they were Client Management Solutions dealing with civil suits. Offered to take my phone number off again....Told them I will keep track.
got a call from 2016392294 number saying a lawsuit pending then said to call this 3072064539 number never mentioned the name of the person they were looking for
I just received a call and recorded message from 201-639-2294 stating I had to call back regarding case #117581 or I would "forfeit my rights to appeal" and my employer and address would be searched and legal action would be taken against me. I was also told to call back phone #307-206-4539. When I called back, I provided the case #. "David" asked if I was Anita (my daughter) and when I said no, he hung up on me. I called back and the woman who answered said she would take me off their phone list. I did not get the name of the company. It sounded like a debt collection call.
