Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
This "caller" has been going through my family and now anyone with my last name. She who doesn't give her name leaves a recorded message that there are several charges pending against me and that they are trying to issue a summons etc. at the end of the message an automated voice issued me a claim number 11626 and then the line went dead. Strange that "she" didn't leave a name or company she represents.
Received the same threatening call 2/23. Didn't tell me my name, their name, nothing. Just that their are several legal matters against me.
The call came showed up on called id as 276-262-1723 and told me to call 307-206-4539. It's all scams. I don't owe a dime to anyone... and there's no legal matters against me. Even called a distant family member, my ex-sister in law from 16 years ago. Hahaha. Once they answer I tell them "this call is being monitored and recorded for legal training purposes" they hung up. These idiots just surf public info on Google, throw a bunch of shizz against the wall, see what sticks and who will fall for it.
I'd love to tell people here please don't fall for these scams but, if you're here reading these comments, you already know their game.
