Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
The call came in from 276-262-1723 but after leaving the same message using words of plaintiff, judgement, order, notice, rights, employer address, etc. I was given a case number and told to call 307-206-4539. It was all a recording and all very bogus sounding, but threatening nonetheless.
I also received a call stating that someone is being served, it gave no personal info (name, work info) my caller ID said the call came from W Saltville VA. The actual phone call came from a different number then the number I said to return the call too. The message asked to return call to (307)206-4539. Case #129089. SCAM CALL!!!
They said I owed money for two orders. They gave me a case number and a phone number to call back. They said (recording) if I don't reply I would not be able to repeal. If I did not pay they are turning over to government. About a week ago I got a call with a woman saying I owed money and gave an address I have never heard of. She had the last 4 digits of my Social Security #!!
