Who called from 3078579351

Called me, I answered, a voice recording saying something about my credit card account and the call hung up. No idea why. Or who. Definitely a scam.

Calls me 4 times on my cell phone- Hangs up everytime
the moment i answer, Try to call it back- it rings endlessly
then i try it again its busy, try a bit later its disconnected!!

Somethings cooking!

Left a message, "Lower your interest rates..."

Calls my cell phone, leaves no message

Just got a call, and I am on the "no call list".  Says the call is from Wyoming--Qwest.
