Figures, Still keep getting hangup calls though

I think because if i answer as a business they do not know
what or who they are getting into!

(What i've experienced in the past) certain telemarketers DO NOT
want to [***] a business.

Single call (so far) from this number.  Caller ID says "Pertech Industries".  No message left.

All you can do is file a complaint with the do not call people.  Takes less than 20 seconds.  You don't need to fill out the comments section or give personal information.  Only by reporting can these people be fined and stopped.

Called and wants to talk to me about lowering my interest rates on my credit card VISA with Chase, Wells Fargo, and/or Bank of America. When I said hmmm, I'm puzzled as I don't have a credit card :) They hung up swiftly.

I didn't solicit this call or want to hear from them again.  the phone number was 307-857-9351
