Calls cell number and hangs up. Scam call.

Got a call from this number on my cell but missed the call (about 10 AM on a weekday morning, probably expecting a retired person to answer). Did not leave a voicemail.

Called and left message about lowering credit card rate. Scammer. I am on DNC list. But, it wouldn't be a normal day if someone like this or a solar energy telemarketer weren't calling me...

Robo call to my cell phone about my credit cards, claiming "there's nothing to be worried about, but we can lower your APR."
