Received a call today in our HR office from a Lisa at MS Affirmative Action, she left a voicemail implying we weren't in compliance with government requirements along with reference number for us to call back. Looking at other numbers on 800notes.com associated with MS Affirmative Action, 310-363-7876, this a telemarketer, a total scam, with a totally, horrible way to try and get business.
Received call from Cody Johnson, MS Affirmative Compliance Office, was given a reference number and told that we need to call because of new mandates in Affirmative Action.

Calling trying to scare you into thinking you have an EEOC issue.... but really they're trying to sell services. Here's an article from their website trying to defend their phone calling strategy. Tip: if you have to create a website defending how you call people... you're doing it wrong.
