Wendy from Affirmative Action Dept left a message indicating there was a complaint and looking at our website we were out of compliance, but they could help us fix that easily, when we call back. She left the number 310-363-7739 and gave us reference number 333989. When I called back it went to a message inbox asking us to leave our number and reference number and a specialist will call back right away. They did not call back that day (four hours)
Laural from MS Affirmative Action. Laural called wanting the name and title of any person in the company over HR or for someone to call her back at (310) 363-7739 with a reference number 297401. She also wanted to know if we were a construction company or a federal contractor. I avoided answering any of her questions. I asked her if she was a solicitor, she then said 'okay, I need to speak to someone over HR'. When she didn't answer my question directly I asked to be removed from her calling list. She then tried to scare me by saying being out of compliance with Affirmative Action Policies would be a red flag for audits and that I didn't even know what my company's policy stated. I told her that she didn't know what I know or don't know about our company policies and that she was to put our number on her do not call list. She then agreed that they would not call back.
Steve Liberty called from MS Affirmative Action, said he need to speak to the person in charge of safety, gave me a reference and said it was imperative he speak to this person right away.
