Steve Liberty called here also. I asked if this was to buy the posters and manuals he was referencing. He said we could get the posters free, but he could not say where from. Stated they were not "selling anything"....in other words, they're selling a service not an item.
Total scam. Called my company asking to speak to head of HR. We don't even have an HR head because it's just me and my brother that run a blogging website. They provided a reference number and to call Susan at 3103637739. Total bs. Don't waste your time with a call.
Hi, I work at a hospital in HR. I JUST received a vm from Steve Liberty from MS Affirmative Action stating the same as above. He asked me to call 310-363-7739 with reference # 120280. I will not be calling him back. Last year, another person called me from here and I DID call back, just to see what they said. They couldn't answer any of MY questions and I asked them not to call again. Total scam.
I also work in an HR Dept. I too got a call [left me a message] from Lisa Ferrin with Affirmative Action. Even left me a "Case reference number". Her message was that we were out of compliance. The number to call back was 310-363-7739
Received my 5th call this year from them. They are all threatening in nature & although I have aggressively requested them to stop they continue to call stating that we are "not in compliance with equal minority ______....." you get the point, then when I told him I knew who they were, that we were in compliance and could obtain any documents needed directly through the federal website he informed me that we are REQUIRED to go through a third party such as himself for these documents or we will be penalized. Number is 310-363-7739, COMPLETE SCAM. Raul Degarro is this mans name.
