Very aggressive caller wanted to know who are affirmative action officer was. Evaded questions like "who are you?", "are you a government agency or contractor?" and alluded to compliance issues that they could help with.
TOTAL SCAM - Lisa Ferrin with MS Affirmative Action called from 310-363-7739 asked to have the Compliance Officer call her back with a reference#. I called back but did not give a reference number for my name. A male answered "MS Affirmative action" and implied we were not in compliance. I asked if they were trying to sell us something? He said, "no" with a chuckle. Told him we are a school district and we report to the state. He said that this a "Federal Matter". I said we have lawyers that handle this information. Your lawyers can't help you with this matter. Seriously? I asked them not to call again as they continued talking B.S. and hung up.
Received 2 calls routed to me from this number. Female stating she was calling from MS Affirmative Action compliance department. The caller states we are not in compliance. We are. I think this is the second time they've tried this in the past year.
Got a call from Shady at this number, from MS affirmative action compliance. Said we were not compliant with the dissemination plan for our equal opportunity paperwork.
